Return Policy

We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return.

✔ A *parcel opening video* is mandatory for any return requests. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the start, without any cuts or edits.  

✔ Returns must be requested within *7 days* of delivery.  

✔ The product should be unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.  

✔ Once the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send it back.  

🚫 *Returns will not be accepted if:*  

❌ The parcel opening video is not provided.  

❌ The item is used, altered, or missing original tags.  

❌ The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
